The RV Park of Dobbin

Mark and Julie were great landlords, they keep the place clean and are very helpful if you need any assistance. Our stay was for three years and we would come back if the opportunity ever presented itself again. Their lot rent was very reasonable and we never had issues with our utilities. WIFI is available.

I am one of those picky people when it comes to campgrounds and this place is definitely worth it. The owners are the nicest people. The location is great if you are looking for a little peace and quiet but still be able to get to the city or local things to do. The campground is very quiet! I didn’t have any issues while staying here. Definitely will be back.

We loved this Rv park! Julie and Mark are great, they are there to help anytime. We need some help and Mark was there in minutes. The park is cute and mostly quiet, peaceful as well. We will come back to this one and tell our Rv friends about it. Prices and great and I love the country setting. Thanks Mark and Julie!

My first ever stay at an RV park and I was welcomed kindly by Julie! She helped me back into my spot with the help of another park resident and they helped me hook up correctly and gave me useful tips and advice. Her husband, Mark, came out later that day to make sure I had everything I needed and was hooked up properly. You can always see them working around the park to keep it clean and landscaped. Julie even gave my kiddos snacks! The owners are the nicest people and the RV park is clean and within walking distance of a lot of stuff.

Rented here cuz they let me put a fence up on the very last row Lot 21. Everything they advertised was false. Says new move in special, says veteran's discounts, says $125 deposit on electric, says $485 lots, says it doesn't flood, says FREE internet. I paid Julie & Mark from 5/24 - 6/16th just to put up a fence & bring my plants, lawn mower & ect over. I finally moved in 6/16. We'll I lost my 13 yr old dacshund to heart failure in 6/26. I went without internet till I signed up w/ verizon on 6/25. I seen Mark outside & told him we were moving out cuz we didn't need a fenced in yard anymore. Then Julie tried to charge me $250 a week plus $75 a day thru our move out date 7/19th. I told her if she can prorated coming in she can prorated goung out. So I paid her $21.60 for 19 days plus my $95
