Lake Conroe / Houston North KOA Holiday

This is the second worst KOA we have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Absolutely nothing good about it that I can come up with. Dead trees, grass that never gets mowed, filthy concrete everywhere that has not been cleaned in many years, electrical pedestals that are so low to the ground that you have to get on your hands and knees just to see it, a "dog park" that is completely unmaintained with huge gaps in the fence, and on and on. I can't believe that KOA corporate allows their parks to be in such horrible shape. I would not recommend this KOA location to anyone for any reason. This was the first time to take our 5 year old grandson "camping" and what a complete disappointment.

Very nice and clean park. My husband & I were there for 4 nights and had a very relaxing stay. It is nice to go to an RV resort that is quite at night and no obscene music playing. Highly recommend KOA Lake Conroe

We do a family reunion at KOA parks every year, and this location has by far been the favorite. The cabins are nice and roomy, with great A/C. The pool area and rental room were perfect for our reunion. They also had a farmers market in the parking lot on Saturday morning which was a nice surprise! We will definitely be back.

My son and I experienced our first camping trip together. Ms. Mary was very helpful with assisting us during our stay. The tent site had a water supply, power outlet and a light. There is also a bathroom and shower just a short distance away.

We have a trailer so we did not rent a cabin but they look so cute. Love this campground very quiet. Love the pool and the fishing. They need a pool table and some other indoor activities.
