Park managers were awsome but the owner will rip you off on electricity. He charges more then power company charges which is not legal in the state of Florida. I filled a complaint with the Florida license .
They do not accept a hard working husband and wife under 55 with no pets or kids that work full time and can pay annually up front. What a shame.
The owner/caretakers are extremely nice and so accommodating. Convenient to many lakes.
Great people, relaxed living. Just what we were looking for.
Nice quiet park. People real friendly
