Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa

Choose this hotel because it was on the lake, with beach access. Also, had a balcony & close to village.|The lobby is very nice, but the property is definitely showing its age.||The exterior is a bit weathered & in need of a facelift.|Room was overall fairly clean, functional & comfortable-but dated.|Stained carpet, ripped wallpaper, torn curtain & cracked floor tiles in the basement.||We did enjoy the short stroll to the village, friendly staff & the game room.|There’s a restaurant on-site, but we didn’t try it. |When we checked in, there was some party for guest happening by the pool.|Very welcoming!||If the price is right, I might stay here again. Stayed one night and really enjoyed it. If you're after excellent spa amenities, a solid gym, and lovely lake views with easy access to the village shops, this place delivers. We came as a couple but it's definitely family friendly -- expect lots of kids and some noise, especially near the movie and game rooms. We had a lake‑view king room: comfortable bed, good size, and a pool‑plus‑lake view. The rooms felt a bit dated but were clean and cozy. The location is fantastic -- an easy stroll to the village and the hotel's private beach access, which was a nice perk. Service and setting were great, and the food was good -- not standout, but perfectly pleasant for the visit. Positive: The staff are all great. The restaurant/bar is very nice. The entertainment on Mondays is fun. Negative: Our room was looking shabby. The armchair was threadbare. A huge chunk of material (approximately 5x5 inches) was missing from the arm and it looked very tacky.

Lake arrowhead resort We haven’t stayed here in nearly ten years, and it was nice to be back. My initial thought was that it could use a bit of a facelift- outside paint, elevator, carpet- but nothing major. Still an unbeatable location, amazing lake views/access, a charming and cozy lobby. Our most recent stay included a historic storm- with winds and heavy wet snow where the Lake Arrowhead Resort was at the epicenter! The storm knocked out the areas power grid, killing heat, lights, and electricity in the rooms. The staff and the resort as a whole reacted PHENOMENALLY. The resort clearly has a generator that allowed them to keep functioning. Instead of hysterics and chaos, we walked down to a well lit lobby, welcomed by cheerful staff and extremely an attentive management. The fireplace

Awesome lakefront location & comfy rooms. It was my 2nd time staying here. Jenna was amazing during check-in, she upgraded our room, gave us early check-in, late check-out, & 2 drinks at the bar—all of which was free of additional charges! Kristin was also very helpful as we had to switch rooms during our stay. She quickly found us a new room & waived the resort fee for the inconvenience. Truly great hospitality staff. The employees at the resort’s restaurant were all incredibly friendly, kind & attentive. Keep up the great work!
