Arrowhead Tree Top Lodge

The rooms and facilities are a bit run down and untidy. Rooms were clean and cozy. Loved the fireplace in my room. The beds were very comfy and warm. Good location without being in the crowds. Good access to roads and the highway.

I do not recommend staying here only because of one office staff member that was staying directly over us upstairs. I had to call the police because of the continuous arguing day and night with her boyfriend a children ..I was uncomfortable calling office staff for help because she was part of office staff.The arguing and breaking glass literally sounded like they were going to kill each other and I was even nervous about calling police thinking they were going to harm me and my family if they found out I had called. It's not a place you would expect to have to deal with any kind of drama especially to the extreme we had to deal with it ! We had to leave two days early and I left an email about it with office staff and heard nothing back ..We had 6 nights that were completely ruined and I

The lodge is a decent location and the employees work hard but the motel itself is horrible. The AC is a window AC that doesn’t work well so very hot in the room in July. The lightbulbs are very low wattage so room was dark. The lamp by the bed’s plug was cut so it’s just a decorative fixture. There was no soap for the sink or showers, no hand towel, or shower door towel so you can slip if the floor has water on the tile. The curtains was constructed with three separate pieces of cloth so no privacy. The provided WiFi is non-existent. Maybe if you go outside by the main desk you may get connectivity according to the guest we spoke with who had the closest room to the main office. Love the retro look outside and the fact that they appear to be working at keeping up the property, ||The reviews had me concerned-- in fact I had a backup plan to just leave and drive down the mountain if need be....||The room around the edges was not super clean, the bed was soft and the coffee cups could use a good clean. ||The room I got which was not far from the parking lot- which was a huge plus, no stairs and had hard floors which is a huge factor for me. ||The towels were plentiful. Super dirty place! We paid $200 for one night, but believe me it was not worth it. When we got there, the bathroom was not cleaned. I asked for housekeeping. The door frame was brocken. The door glass was broken too, and it was covered by tape! The kitchen was nasty, the table was dirty! We went there with my 7 month old baby! Believe it or not if the weather was warm we would spend the night in my car.
