Labonte's Garden RV Park Inc

Back row always under water with normal rain. When I asked the park manager if something could be done about the water so that I wasn't walking through it to get to my RV he told me two things stay indoors for two days while the water drains or move. I chose to move to a better park. Would not want to see what happens when a tropical storm comes thru. Park is over ran with Muscovy ducks some residents find it okay to feed the Ducks there is duck poop everywhere. Also have people living in conversion vans at a lot which already has an RV on it. Lots of noise from the school behind the park. At one point there was a resident growing marijuana outside of his trailer told the park manager never did anything about it. The only reason he isn't growing anymore it's cuz the poor guy passed away

I moved here 3 years ago out of necessity. Collen is a wonderful manager. Does her best to keep things running smoothly. Has gotten rid of some bad eggs that were here when I moved in. Maintenance guys are great. The lady who cleans laundry area and bathrooms does a great job.

I have lived here 4 years. I removed my name off the lease and moved due to personal reasons. My husband stayed at the dwelling. Colleen went out of her way to evict him, took our mail and put it in another mailbox so he wouldn’t get it. (Spoke to the mailman myself and he told me where my mail was moved to) she fixed nothing on the property. I had stairs on the back door that was built 1/2 way. When Jim was still alive ( may he rest in peace) he made all the decisions for Colleen. Then she did everything Jeff says. She’s only a manager through title. She listens to Jeff because she’s in love with him and wanted to get together with him after Jim passed. She fixed the empty units first before thinking of fixing the units that are occupied. She gossips about everyone and lies about situatio

My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years. It's quiet, calm, even right next to the Art school. There are peacocks that roam here (amazing)! No regular power or internet outage issues like some parks. You can get Centurylink if you need hard wired internet. They had a lot to recover after Ian, it was a slow and steady process but Colleen (the manager) and her maintenance crew have really fixed things up! Neighbors are low key. There is a small cat colony which Colleen has done a great job of humanely keeping under control working with local organizations. The streets need some work because they collect water when thr rain is heavy, but the owner is working on a plan to address it. The top things about this park are the management (Colleen), the calm and nature around, the proximity
