Our third year staying at Raintree. Another great experience. Everything is clean and maintained and the residents that work on maintenance are always helpful and responsive. Rates are reasonable and a good value. Thank you

I have spent the winter here for several years. The park is clean, quiet, safe and the friendliest place iv ever been to! Everyone waves, says 'hi' and is super nice. The place is family owned and operated and they treat everyone like family! The residents always are helpful and look out for each other. There is no other place I'd rather be at any price! There is tons of activities in clubhouse. Bingo, art classes, keriokie, music, dances, cards etc. There is awesome pool, pickleball, shuffle board, horseshoes and cornhole. Once here ya just don't want to leave!

The people here are super nice. The activities are a lot of fun due to Ginny's hard work. When I was here the pipes kept breaking due to the age of the park and there were days when you had no water this park desperately needs updating

We've been "Raintreers" for about 12 years, and could not be happier. A family owned park with everything we could want. The activities are nearly endless (thanks to Ginny!). A nearly perfect RV resort!!

This is our 9th yr coming to Raintree. 1st couple yrs pulled a toy hauler then bought a home. It's a family run park. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else .So many activities, the people who come down are like a 2nd family. Grateful for all they do.
