Marinatown Inn

I moved in yesterday and Austin and Fernando rushed to get our room ready for us as we are living there long term. Austin is extremely personable and professional and made sure everything was perfect for us. Fernando did his magic and the room is brand new and even got shelves put in and a new TV working for us. They even put in a second bed because I have a Roomate and they did all of this in under an hour or so. I am so appreciative of them and very happy to have great people that I can depend on there. Nice & quiet place kind of friendly staff but had a little problem there I told the staff about the floor that it needs to be fixed & they didn't fix it & fell right through the floor I will never stay there again the manager didn't hardly speak English or 1 of handyman either but the other handyman did

A very well keeped place new room cheap rent very friendly place to stay the hole staff is friendly from manger to both maintenance men to the young lady that clean the rooms before you move in,

I live here for a few months, I chose the 4 week payment because it’s very reasonable and very convenient. It allowed me to get back on my feet quickly and to save money because I only had to pay $1200 for the month and it includes electricity, water and Wi-Fi. It’s quiet and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I really recommend this place.

Great experience. Totally recommend it. I lived there a couple of months and really enjoyed my stay. I saved a lot of money since I only paid $1200 per month with water, internet, and electricity included. Very quite place and friendly staff.
