Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

Pulling up to the hotel, the facade was impressive - old, restored building in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Our first indication something was not quite right...there was no valet at the valet sign. We stood for a bit; no one ever showed up. So we locked our car and headed in, loaded down with luggage, to find the entrance. I say find the entrance because it isn't entirely clear which door IS the entrance. This becomes clearer once you step inside the entrance to a hallway with a few closed businesses and search for the elevator that takes you to the second floor where the lobby is actually located. We really enjoyed this hotel and it's location. Parked in the Philtower parking garage behind the hotel instead of using the valet parking and we're happy with that choice. The rooms were great with super comfortable bedding. This hotel is in a great location, about a 6 minutes walk to the Vault for dinner, then around a 3 minute walk to the Tulsa Performing arts center. Felt very safe. This morning we walked about 9 minutes to the Dily Diner for a great breakfast. We will return and probably request that super sweet corner room on the 6th floor.

This is a good 3-star hotel in a great downtown location - only a 10 to 15-min walk from the BOK center and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Being a historic building, the rooms are a bit small, but they've got all the basics and are pretty well updated! Rooms were extremely clean and tidy and had coffee machines, mini fridges, etc. The location being so close to downtown is great, but because the hotel lobby isn't on the ground floor, lots of people not staying at the hotel come and go on the first floor. When I was waiting to pick up a doordash order, an unhoused person came in and began smoking a cigarette INSIDE the building - to which the staff escorted him out promptly and kindly despite him being erratic. The hotel was easy to find. The valet was very helpful with where to find the check-in desk and offering to move my car up if needed while checking in. We self-parked in the garage that’s connected to the hotel via a walkway. The garage seemed very safe and plenty large. Our room was on the 11th floor and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very large. Would have liked an addition mirror outside of the bathroom for two people to get ready at once, but that is the only thing I noticed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was cold and drafty, no trash bags in the room, no hot water we had to take a shower with Luke warm water (2) evening check in on 01/16/2026 we were not told to swipe our key to activate the elevator we had to simply ride to another floor and another guest had to inform us. This is not the Marriott standard. We have have never encountered such subpar-customer service :-(
