La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Temecula

The front desk service is great: courteous and warm (great smile) albeit some minor glitches in the guest room. The room would have been perfect if the window blind could be shut completely and no walk-in disposable slipper available. Wifi 5 is outdated with below par signal, topping 150Mbps for the connection. Overall, still very satisfied with the stay !!

This property was undergoing a renovation which we didn't find out about until completing our reservation. Crews seemed very precautionary to not inconvenience travelers. Rooms are very generously sized. My criticisms would be that an additional mirror needs to be added to decor as it is difficult for two people to be getting ready when the other needs to use bathroom where the only mirror is located and that turning left out of drive can only be accomplished by u-turn as no light is present to make a direct left turn and everything seems to be left.

So I checked into our room and as soon as I opened the door there was a rag on the floor room was ok but it was very hard almost as if they pulled the rug out and it was like concrete on the floor . The tub was dirty had hair in it .when I took my shoes off the floor felt sticky and so dirty . I also requested for extra towels and Chris was kind enough to bring them . I asked for a late check out and they allowed it until 12pm . So when we checked out my husband had brought a lot of gifts for the kids shoes and toys and since we rushed out my husband thought he grabbed everything but he left a pair of my daughters adida shoes behind on the door . I kept calling for them spoke to the Audit Craig he was very dismissive and told me to call the next morning . I called spoke to a Kathy told her

Positive: Nothing! Negative: The staff double charged me and that set off a fraud on my CC and shut access to my CC down for my trip. Did not have my room available and one person had to sleep on a dirty couch. Shower wad dirty. Stuff was not helpful.

Rooms seem to be missing furniture. There are large open spaces, like I was going to do Yoga or a kickboxing workout. Most places have like a chair or something there. The faux wood floors are seriously sticky and warped/bubbly. I don't mind a little noise, I get it, but my hallway had loud partiers shouting and slamming doors from 1am til 3am. When I brought this to front desk the next morning, I was told there was no noise and not a single person was in the hallway all night. So much for customer service. No one likes to be called a liar after being up all night.
