Absolutely Awful Experience – Not Worth $350 a Night I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. From the moment we walked into the room, there was an overwhelming smell of Febreze — so strong that our clothes smelled like it even after we left. It felt like they were trying to mask odors instead of actually cleaning. The cleanliness was shocking: • Hair all over the bathroom floor • The exact same hair still there after they claimed the room was “deep cleaned” • Toilet paper holder ripped off the wall • Rusted bathtub • Rusted refrigerator • A filthy, clearly never-cleaned shelf under the sink • Ripped, stained bed cover • Stained pillowcases • Bulbs missing from lamps • Chipped paint all over the walls After I complained, I was told the room had been “completely

We checked in late after a flight, exhausted and not wanting to drive to the other coast and just needing a bed. What we found was a horror movie.||Check-in was handled by a single kiosk in the lobby with a "virtual agent" located most likely in India — there was no real front desk staff. The guests ahead of us told us they had been working this only check-in kiosk for 25 minutes, completely confused as their reservation had been apparently cancelled. A sketchy man who may have been a manager appeared briefly and was hostile and unhelpful. He literally hid in the closet near the check-in area. ||When we finally were able to use the kiosk to check-in, we walked down the corridor to our room and were amazed at the non-chronological numbering as we looked for Room 119. Positive: The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and extremely helpful Negative: Perhaps breakfast could be a little better Perhaps a better selection of foods and more seats to sit down during breakfast.

BEWARE: I booked a room here for a few nights. There's no front desk clerk physically there. You have to use a machine for assistance with check in and out. Can't call the front desk you have to walk down to be assisted. The first room had roaches crawling everywhere. We were moved a few doors down and met with more roaches. This hotel is nasty and out dated. The refrigerator is nasty and the midrange was nasty and dirty. The elevator is also out dated. Last inspection was in 2023 and expired 2024. This is the only Elevator for a big hotel. Smoke filled hall ways. Smh no sense of urgency, worry, or care here. No apologies for any inconvenience no nothing. We weren't offered a refund of any kind no nothing. No customer service

ROACHES! They offer breakfast too, can you imagine the roaches in that kitchen. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I booked this place. I will never ever in my life ever come here again. I wouldn’t even stay here for free. The room smelled moldy. I stayed January 16 and January 17, 2026. I checked out January 18, 2026. I was in room 217 and after complaining about the roaches I was moved to room 223. In the second room, the TV was working fine however there was a delay when turning it on and changing channels, there were no dead roaches, but still a moldy smell. The service is very poor. You check in on a video screen with a hotel representative, who has a heavy accent and is hard to understand. There was a line of five people waiting to use one video check in booth and then a hotel
