The hotel is very run-down and poorly maintained, with an old motel-style feel. The room had several issues, including a door that did not close properly, very old carpeting, a loose toilet, heavy dust, stained sheets, and visible rust. Cleanliness was a concern. I would not recommend this property for families or solo female travelers. Staffing on site appeared limited, which at times felt uncomfortable despite the presence of security cameras. The staff were the only positive aspect—kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best within the limitations of the facility. Breakfast options were extremely limited, consisting of microwave eggs, a self-made waffle station, and basic breads. This was a short stay with family and pets due to our house being tented for termites. This hotel was the least expensive for 4 adults and 4 pets. The staff are friendly and efficient. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean. The elevator is a little dated and makes funny noises. The free breakfast is okay and the beverages were juice, coffee, tea or water. We didn’t use the pool or gym. Overall, it was a great value for us.

**UPDATE AT BOTTOM**This facility is gross. The hallways and rooms feel humid and smell of mold. Shoddy repairs are visible in the common areas and parts of our ceiling were sagging. We spent about 15 minutes in the room, just long enough for us to book a room elsewhere then leave. The ac unit had visible mold/rust in the air outlet. We also found a vape pen left on the floor, pillows with makeup stains, and outdated furniture. Nothing of this room felt inviting and we paid a stupid amount for it because there were "events" that weekend. Notified the hotel that we left and didnt stay in the room whatsoever. Currently in a battle between booking.com and LaQuinta as both are saying "non-refundable". Bit ridiculous they expect you to literally risk your health breathing in mold and rob you of

If I could give 0 stars I would, this hotel was appalling, I honestly don't know how they're open or booking any stays. The pictures online are completely misleading to what horrors actually await. The only reason we booked it was because it was one of the only "affordable" ones in the area for the 1 night we needed and we lasted a total of 15mins in the room before hunting down a different place to stay. And affordable was over $300 for that one night! When you first walk into the hotel you can smell the cheap room spray they're using to try to mask the mildew smell.
