La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Bernardino

My stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Bernardino was awesome. My home is currently under construction, so having to stay in a hotel with my pet could have been stressful, but this place made the experience smooth and comfortable. Out of all the hotels in the area that allow you to bring your furry friend, La Quinta was by far the best option. The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very nice, clean, and updated not old or worn down like some of the other hotels nearby. AJ at the front desk was amazing. They made my check in very easy and my checkout just as smooth. I even went a little past my checkout time and they were very accommodating and had no problem with it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, great customer service, comfortable rooms, and very pet friendly. D

From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A special thank you to AJ at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. AJ was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference in my experience. Wyndham hotels are a hit & miss for what you are going to get. We needed a nearby place to do a mini-staycation. The grounds were very clean and while we were there the hotel did not seem full, so there was plenty of parking. Not sure how that would be if the hotel was full. The inside lobby, breakfast area, dining room and hotel rooms were very clean, spacious and inviting. The bed was extremely confortable, bathroom a nice modern look (shower only). The hotel is beside the freeway (we are used to that sound) but could be bothersome if sensitive to noise at night, but wasnt loud. The breakfast offerings were a good variety and included protein as well as all the breads, cerials and fruit. One morning it was not stocked well, but hoping that was just a 1x occurance. This hotel is on rester

Positive: It was near a lot of restaurants. Negative: Rude staff when checking inRooms were really small, beds very uncomfortable, bathroom really small with NO counter space and paint peeling off of the walls, no carpet, no closet door, tiny closet.

This hotel was much needed during my two week work trip! It was practically spotless. Nice complimentary breakfast. Good pool and workout facilities. AJ even helped me check-in early and when I checked out, he remembered what I said about my friend who just passed away. If you’re needing a place to stay in San Bernardino this is a great choice.
