La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport

We scheduled with On-Air Parking to park at this hotel while on a vacation. When we arrived back to the SLC Airport, we called for their shuttle to come pick us up and the gal told us it would be about a 45-minute wait until the shuttle would come pick us up. We have never had to wait like that and have parked with On-Air many times with no issues. I think she just wanted to have a power trip and show us that she was not going to have her shuttle come when WE wanted, but when she was ready to send it. We just paid for our own Uber to come pick us up to take us back to our car. He was there in about 5 minutes. I will never use their facility again.

The staff was really sweet and helpful. I had a delayed flight and was sent over for the night, I was already super tired and Reiner who was working the front desk, checked me in and got me booked down for a shuttle in the morning in under 5 mins of me getting there.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! I recently stayed at this LA Quinta (and had stayed there multiple times before) and wanted to share my unfortunate experience there. While the staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, there were issues with my stay that caused me to be moved from one unsatisfactory room to another before i simply asked (a few hours into my stay) for a refund and then stayed at a nearby competitor. When i was leaving the employee told me he initiated the refund (full amount), and i asked him to verify and assure me that the refund was being completed. It appeared as though a charge for the full room amount was still on my card several days later, and i called to request contact from a manager to get the issue resolved. I was promised it would be immediately taken care of. This was December 2nd initiall

My flight through Delta airlines got canceled, so they gave me a room voucher. This is the hotel I chose. The shuttle arrived at the airport at 7pm and by 7:10pm I was checked in. The check in process was easy and quick. The hotel is not glamorous and up to date. It offers a nostalgic feel, that reminded me of being home for the holidays in my family home. Everyone likes glam, updated hotel. I appreciate the older ones. My room was clean, spacious, no funky smells. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Bacon and eggs, toast, bagels and two types of cereal. I would stay here again.
