La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roswell

The room had some issues. Loose faucet, holes in the wall by the desk and dirt in the tub. Another negative, if you’re going to charge for pets you should make sure someone goes out and scoops poop. I guess there are a lot of dog owners that don’t pick up after their pets. It was like a land mine field. It would take one employee 1/2 an hour a day. Bright spots were the staff. Especially Dawn who prepared the breakfast. It was one of the.best we’ve ever had!! She was so friendly and did an awesome job!! Dawn deserves a raise!!

Hotel overall was really nice. Close to the downtown area. Lots of parking as well. The staff was friendly as well. The room was clean and comfy. Very small bathroom area. Breakfast was really good as well with a bunch of options. Ice makers on all floors in the middle of the floor by the elevator. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was because the hallway carpet and stair well carpet was really dirty. Aside from that we had no complaints

In a literal worst nightmare traveling experience, this hotel and the staff gave us a safe comfortable haven for the night. The price was easily THE most affordable, and for the amazing price I was very skeptical about what type of room we would actually walk into. The room was very spacious and clean. I could’ve cried when we climbed into the clean comfy king size bed. We had two medium sized dogs with us and the hotel was EXTREMELY pet friendly and still affordable. The staff went above and behind with their kindness. Anytime we stay in Roswell, we’ll be staying here!

Positive: The suite was just what we needed and the pool and hot tub were good too. Negative: The staff when not engaged just sat around in the front lobby, but they might not have anywhere to be. It was definitely slow volume for the place but they really should have an office or place for them. Just seemed unprofessional.

The room isn't cleaned I had to clean my own room because of how gross it was I even made my own bed because there where hair in the sheets. I used to work as a housekeeper i wouldn't even be allowed to go home if they saw how wrinkled the bed was before I got to it the staff is sweet do not get me wrong but the housekeepers must lazy to think this is even acceptable. Thankfully they fixed everything and was very kind and understanding about everything the young girl up front who helped with was very sweet and kind.
