After two gross Hilton properties and one non Hilton that was grand, finally got to a Hilton that was nice. Room was large and clean. Got what I think is a suite couch TV area and curtain separates bed. Has refrigerator and freezer as well as dishes silverware and dishwasher. Property has nice gym and laundry area. Although one washer was down so that extended my washing time. Is close to downtown and other attractions. Not far from non tourist areas if you’d like to not get ripped off with the usual over priced tourist food. This property I’d recommend in a heartbeat. My two prior Hilton stays never again.

I travel for business in east New Mexico and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. The on me in Roswell has steadily gone downhill. I was there earlier this week, and ice machines were out of order, lobby computers were inoperable, pool heater was broken and the shade in our room was also broken. We were trying to hook up our Roku to the TV and encountered a problem and called the front desk to see if there was any advice. Desk clerk said TVs are set to not allow personal devices. He was wrong; we were able to connect our Roku after several attempts. When I stayed here a couple of months ago, I noticed a homeless guy on the couch near the firepit as I was going out to run some errands. Always satisfied staying at this hotel. Spacious room size with well equipped facilities. Best hotel for family travel. 100% recommended to stay.

EV car chargers were not working. Would have wanted to know ahead of time. In general, the slots need better signage and enforcement of EV ONLY as two of the chargers were blocked by gasoline cars. Digital and plastic key system isn’t working correctly. Could not get a digital key at all. The plastic keys work intermittently. Had to get the plastic key redone. Then didn’t leave the room in case it failed again. This was a problem back in August and hasn’t been fixed. Had problem with signal for Smart TV. Ended up having to disconnect all cables and reconnect to get a stable signal. On the plus side, the location allows for quiet rooms as it is several blocks off any major road. The beds were comfortable. Had a great night sleep. Personnel at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

To say this was a pretty bad stay is an understatement. I arrived with my kids and husband around 6pm. We were staying the night to head back to our home in Texas. The hotel itself looks very clean and the service was alright. However, the room was atrocious. I digitally checked into my room the day before. Never got my digital key even after I checked in. Upon arrival, I inquired about my digital key and the answer i was given, "it hasn't been working for a while." Uh okay, not that big of a deal so I let this go. After check in went to grab a tea but no coffee or tea in the lobby. We asked about this as well and the front desk clerk said the hot water supply was "broken for months." Strange? Okay fine, let this go too as I can just easily make it in my room. However, wondered in the back
