⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars |Outstanding Service!|I want to give a huge shout out to Sam at this hotel. We checked in very late at night with our young children, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during a really stressful time. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference for our family. You don’t meet many people in customer service who treat you with that level of compassion. Thank you, Sam you turned a rough night into a manageable one. We truly appreciate you!

Positive: Lady at front desk was super helpful. Negative: Key cards did not always work on my door , was even locked out to a point too where a worker had to break in the door with screwdriver. The lady assistanting attitude was horrible she was not friendly at all.

My girlfriend and I spent a couple nights and have 0 complaints and that's hard to come by with my ladies standards lol . The staff was all smiles and went above a service level I've almost thought I was at a 5 star resort . The breakfast had long enough hours so we could sleep in and had a great variety of items . The rooms were very spacious and emaculate when it came to cleanliness . We will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when in the area .

The first room I had, the keys did not work. I had to go to the lobby 3 times for different keys. They finally got them to work. Then that room did not have a working A/C- heating unit or a working telephone to call out, so they switched me to a different room. The second room was even worse. I brought my 2 pets with me as we were traveling. The hotel was doing repairs to the room but neglected to put drywall back up and my pets got stuck behind the tub. I spoke to the front desk who was surprised that they were still renting this room as they knew it was NOT guest ready. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Pay the extra money and stay at Holiday Inn or Candlewood Inn.

The staff appeared short but the staff working did amazing despite the challenges. Early check in for $25 additional fee was an option for me and the room was clean. The main foyer had coffee and water daily. The continental breakfast was perfect. The hotel was affordable and I highly recommend this spot if going to Pueblo! Shout out to Devin at the front desk. You are a hard worker and you’re doing a great job!
