La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix Scottsdale

My biggest compliment is that we will be back next time we are in Phoenix. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I love that breakfast was until 10 every day, I love that they allowed cats and there was a cap on the pet fee. The staff were wonderful. Nick in particular is excellent. He is nice, helpful, and makes it look easy even though this is a busy hotel. It’s not easy to find someone who is so good at providing excellent customer service. Well done, Scottsdale La Quinta.

Positive: Excellent and very comfortable stay. I was visiting on a solo trip to explore the natural wonders and beauty of Arizona. The location was great, it wasn't too far from the downtown Scottsdale area. The staff was great and price was affordable. Negative: N.A

We paid top dollar for these rooms based on the photos shown online, but when we arrived, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. It felt very misleading. To make matters worse, the sink doesn’t even drain properly — the water runs straight onto your feet. Basic maintenance like that should absolutely be handled, especially at $150 per night. We were also told breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast at all. That was another disappointment. This has honestly been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. For the price they’re charging, management seriously needs to step up and make major improvements.

Perfect experience! They went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived from the east coast to see our new grandson around 11 unfortunately we didn’t know the new baby rules which include a shower and complete change of clothes. As check in was at three, we were not happy but came to the hotel, explained the situation and they got us a room! The hotel is clean, very convenient to Chik fila, Culver’s, Portillos, grocery stores and Old Scottsdale. The rooms are good size, very clean and a good temperature. The breakfast was substantial with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal. Ask for a room not facing 101 as it can be noisy . Front desk was polite and cheerful. They can count on us for a week every two months for sure!

Checked in and the guys behind the counter were so kind and friendly and quick. I got my room and a map to show where my room was and where I was currently standing. My bed was comfortable, everything worked great. There were fresh clean towels, soaps and stuff to wash my hair with. There was Dish tv and a mini fridge. In the morning there was a cute buffet for breakfast. I had a good meal and headed out. Check out was easy. Will be back.
