La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Minneapolis-Minnetonka

Where do I start? Well, when I first walked down the first floor hallway to my room there was trash scattered all over the floor. When I arrived into the room, I was greeted with the humming of a dehumidifier that stated “Do not turn off” on a peice of paper taped to it, and a musty smell.|I was already hesitant to book this place. I looked around to see if the room was “clean” I found scum and dirt under the soaps in the shower. (Room poorly cleaned) Only good thing was it was quiet, I got good sleep, and the apple juice was good in the morning time. Wouldn’t come back.

Great Stay! I had a fantastic 9-day stay. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The gym was well-equipped, and I loved the 24/7 coffee station and snack counter. Housekeeping was excellent too. Highly recommend!

It was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom wall was peeling paint- had bubbles on the wall. The bathtub had a drip from the faucet. The lady who checked us in on Tuesday was very kind.

Spacious rooms with storage, comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. But the $100 deposit charged at check in takes days to be refunded. I checked in on Sunday, checked out on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I still have not recd my deposit back. Hotel says that it’s my bank’s fault. My bank said they have not recd a refund from the hotel.

Imagine walking into the realm of mold. Yea idk if that's safe to inhale. Bed sheet has a sticky texture. Was in there for only 20 minutes. And out and bounce. Nope never. I'm better off spending my money somewhere else. Btw I'll be waiting for that $100 refund deposit. I have videos of that whole room recorded before I left.
