Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis West/ Minnetonka

This hotel was convenient but it lacked the consistency ai am so used to seeing from the Hilton Brand. We arrived around 10pm and the gentleman just gave us the room key and didn’t explain about breakfast, elevators, pool, etc. our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t close. Around 6 inches left open. We were just there for the night but still annoying.

We stayed for two nights visiting friends for a wedding. Events were in Wayzata and Minneapolis so this was a good location. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns across the country and sadly this property is a little worn out - mainly public spaces and hallway carpets and upholstery could be cleaned or updated. Our room was clean and pleasant but clearly an older facility. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Our stay at this hotel was very good! The room was clean and had everything you would expect in a good hotel. The breakfast was tasty as well. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was a little challenging getting around Minneapolis at times, but getting into the hotel wasn't bad. Overall, a very pleasant stay

I want to give this place 4.5 stars. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The location is ideally placed for where I needed to go. The gym is nice. Free water. The negatives are that I stayed there 3 days and they never made up my room. Maybe it was neglected because I added an extra day. But they were very accommodating about giving me extra towels and water. The other negative was that the oatmeal was cold, and I’m trying to eat healthier so that was a bummer.
