Sai was the gentleman who answered my call in the wee hours of the morning , on the first ring , and assured me I was welcome to check in. The fact is I was so tired after traveling 917 miles in one day , then an ice storm fell making my voyage unsafe even if I were t exhausted , and Sai made me feel valued and listened to. Within 5 minutes , I making my way into my room , informed of all the amenities and procedures, aware of the breakfast and most convenient place to park in accordance to where my room was, an assured that the hotel was there to help with anything I needed , right then and in the morning. This was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very beautiful, The staff were nice, the room was nice and clean. The shower had great water pressure and a convenient flow of hot water. I’m a shower person lol. I loved the pool it was an inside pool with comfortable warm water. Going somewhere in January when it was cold this was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable. I have a bad back and I didn’t wake up in any pain. I would definitely stay here again. 6 starts if I could give it.

Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: It was filthy! As soon as we arrived there were stains on the sheets, they had to come change the sheets. The bathroom had mold everywhere and there was pee on the toilet. The soap was opened. The room was never cleaned. It was disgusting.

It's a clean, quiet place staffed with with friendly folks. We've stayed here several times over the past couple years. Never a problem and it's centrally located. Everything you need is within easy reach.

Biohazards! Mold, human waste and just all around nasty. Staff is the worst I've come across yet. Asked for a refund and he lied saying he couldn't process it till 6am so I waited in my car. Went back and he refused to give me a full refund like he said he would. Yelled at me and threatened to check the cameras which I told him to do. He obviously wouldn't because he knew he lied. Never even offered a different room. I've been to seedy places cleaner than this place. Not at all clean. Don't be a lone female because staff thinks it's appropriate to hover and watch you when you put things into your room or leave. Literally just stands at the end of the hall watching you. It's really uncomfortable and creepy. The cleanliness is in the gutter. They don't clean the rooms at all and pretty much
