Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg

Came in around 1030am on Wed, Jan 14th after a super long drive. Zero greeting or even a smile from the guy behind the front desk (who appeared annoyed we were interrupting his phone scrolling). Pretty disappointed as Marriott members he didn't even offer us complimentary water bottles which we usually receive as Gold members, or even a welcome hello, or, have a nice evening. As business owners, you can bet I would never want one of my staff members being so rude, and not greeting customers coming in, especially late at night when you know they've been travelling. Will not be returning here when driving through PA again.

Worst experience ever, front desk was rude from the gate, I came to check in and they had no reservation under my name, when i had my confirmation number and paper printed out. The girl working didn’t even try to help me out until I started to complain, they finally got me into a room after waiting for awhile after check in time of 3 pm, I went to my room and found crumbs and toenails under the table and chair, and dog poop on the base of the staircase heading out the side of the building. Where the door is broken so you can’t shut it and anyone can walk in, when I finally checked out again front desk was rude the young lady literally was mad she had to get up from her office and check me out, front desk to housekeeping was horrible. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room space is large enough and facilities are good.

Room clean bed comfortable staff I can’t say anything excellent especially on front desk staff 5 star for you guys but we had experience on the elevator keeps sticking every time we used it and that’s scary. Location far from we expected we need to drive all the time to get food no nearby food chain around without getting on the car to drive it’s just tired driving far and drive again just to get food. But overall five star 👍🏻

I know good hotels, and this is one of the best! Traveled the whole country. Super clean. And lovely staff.
