La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock South

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. I was happy with the service and the condition of the room. However, I was really disappointed to see cockroaches running across the free breakfast counter and up the wall. That was very concerning and made me uncomfortable to eat there so I did not! That was very disgusting. Overall, the staff and room were great, but the breakfast area needs serious attention. Managment seriously needs to take care of this situation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️||I had a great stay at La Quinta South in Lubbock! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciate how accommodating they were with my fur babies. I felt confident that my pets were safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, making it a perfect stop for both me and my pets.||||One small suggestion — it would be wonderful to see more healthy breakfast options like fresh fruit, yogurt, or whole grains, and maybe even a few pet snacks for our furry companions. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely stay here again! 🐾

The hotel room was updated and clean- no smell. Beds were comfortable. The staff member checking us in was rude and had an attitude , defensive, when we asked a question. That was unnecessary and not welcoming. Trash outside and I side were almost overflowing, but still clean overall. Pleased . Thank you.

Positive: "" Negative: Not that it was bad but the snack area was not fully stocked. Only had 1 candy bar. The rest of the slots were empty.When i checked in receptionist must of been having a bad day. no hello and a little rude.

It was cool, some laziness on the hotels part but I would stay again. The in-house store needed to be restocked. The door right by my room that I couldn't park by because it needed fixing. Instead of leaving a note on the window on how to open it, just fix it. Smh. Other people struggled to open it because I could hear them while I was in my room. How lazy is that, just fix the door. So I didnt get to park by it had to park elsewhere and walk to the end of the hall. Everything else was Gucci l.
