If I could give negative stars I would! The check in was easy and that was the only positive. Checked in to the room pulled back the covers and found hair all over the sheets. Went down to the desk where he gave us new sheets and told us we had to make the bad ourselves as he was the only one there. Took off the sheets and saw the liner underneath and had even more hair and unrecognizable stains and don’t think that’s ever been washed. Decided to take that off but the mattress was so stained we just couldn’t do it! Went down to get our money back but was told we had for ot for 1/3 nights we purchased as a cancellation fee! Even after all that they would not give us all our money back! Must be the only way they can make some money! Don’t waste your time here! It’s absolutely

The hotel itself was okay. But the customer service by the manager or whomever. He is Nick and the front desk person Sam are extremely unprofessional. I would never stay there again. They are unequipped to be running any sort of hotel never mind being at the front desk Nick had promised me a refund, and then they said that they didn't accept cash deposits, but waited two weeks to tell me that after my guys had checked in on a business trip. I did end up getting my refund, but it took me four or five times to call nick back and his story changed multiple times if this is the last resort, I would definitely say, stay there.But if it's not, there are other ones close by, that are much better.And much more friendlier

I thought this place was a great deal for the money and included breakfast which was good. Very clean and comfortable. And it was 5 minutes from the venue that I had to go to so that was super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. Room was spacious.

This is a very clean and recently upgraded property. It is well located, quiet and has all the amenities one looks for. The staff here are super efficient, friendly and accessible.The hot breakfast served is above expectations. Plenty of free parking space available.Everything matches what one sees on tge website.Great place for a stay for business or pleasure.

Bedbug crawling on our bed on the 3rd night! Hotel seemed clean, hot breakfast made for easy mornings. Service was friendly…until this situation. I showed the front desk the video, the bug itself and the manager acted as if I said I didn’t like the paint color. Zero response. Did not check the room out. Refused all help and would not write an incident report. Needless to say no refund, no protocol for our inconvenience. We now are driving back home 4 hours at 10 pm. Not ideal
