Do not let the outside fool you. Absolutely the worst hotel/motel i have stayed at in over 30 + years. No kleenex in the entire hotel, was told that housekeeping would have some in the morning, thats a lie in reading other reviews. The public bathroom in the lobby, was absolutely disgusting and again the front desk person was not very concerned, I would have rather used the woods outside. We had two rooms, had to switch to another room because the first room was horrible, blood stained mattress and way too much to mention. Next room was not much better. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work all of the time. The tables in the breakfast area were dirty at the end of the day, chairs are so stained there was no way I was going to try the breakfast. And there was no on

Greed , shame and laziness. In the last 3 years it has gone downhill. They spend their money on nice landscaping but rooms are dirty and in disrepair. We don't supply kleenex', coffee, cups not stocked in room. I felt bad for the work crews, when the eggs were gone at 7, no more eggs brought out , We're out of eggs.. I , other quests had none. Breakfast buffet servicing pieces were dirty. Linens, towels were thin. Sheet had stain on it.

Smoke detector battery went dead. Beeped all night. Called the front desk and they basically told me tough luck. Went to shower and we had no water in the shower or sink. No water. At all. Went to the front desk to complain and there was nobody there. Emailed corporate and they didn’t care. No response back. If I could give a negative review I would.

Positive: Bathroom and shower was clean. Bed was clean as well, just had a smell of cigarettes when it’s supposed to be no smoking. Negative: Elevator was broken at the time we stayed there. Water damage in most of the walls and windows

I will never ever stay here again. There was a dying cockroach in the hallway and we couldn’t use the elevator. Our room was on the third floor and we had our luggage and 2 dogs.
