Overall, I had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking felt safe, with a restaurant conveniently located next door, which was very handy.|The only downside was the check-in experience. The front desk staff member who assisted me was quite unfriendly and did not engage in any conversation. As front-desk staff play a key role in shaping the customer experience, a more welcoming approach would go a long way in encouraging guests to return.|This may simply reflect a different service culture, but it was noticeably different from the warm and friendly hospitality I am used to in New Zealand.

Arrived to find out that our room was not ready at check in. Was told it was not clean due to being full the night before. Staff extremely rude and unapologetic and unable to tell me when room would be available. Asked to speak to manager and was told she went home for the day. Called Hilton customer service and they got a hold of manager who then proceeded to lie on the phone and say the room was ready and digital key wasn’t working to come inside because she was there and I could get a physical key. Went inside and front desk employee stated manager had to go to the bathroom and that my room wasn’t ready. Never did see the manager. Asked which is it..key issue or room not cleaned and was told to find somewhere else to go. Almost 2 hours after check in time I received the digital key to e

Very clean room. Nice friendly staff. Really liked the work centers where several people can sit near the computer in a cozy little private space. Super cool. Seemed like a lot of fragrance in the air so I hope that was temporary. Too many hotels are using scents in the air. Overall great stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay from the most amazing manager that checked us in to arriving in our room. The room and bathroom was very clean. We felt at home and comfortable. I would like to say the breakfast was amazing. This is the 1st location that served grits and sausage gravy. Plus, I’ve never seen toppings for the waffles and oatmeal with sooo many options anywhere else. I will stay here again if passing through Alabama again. Thank you to our housekeeper Ericka- you rock.
