La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge

Positive: New, clean, quality hotel. I would definitely stay here again in the future Negative: Only negative thing I can say is that it is right off the highway so occasional siren and loud vehicle drove by throughout the night. But also like that it's right off the highway for an easy on/off stopping point.

Terrible experience. If you can, go somewhere else. The 1st floor is “under renovations” but this is the floor they will put you in if you have pets and will deny you changes. 2nd floor (main floor) is the new area. 1st floor has a very strong smell, the wallpaper is falling off and carpet is messed up, there’s writing on the walls. We had stained scratchy sheets, pillows were hard as a rock and clumpy, towels were scratchy, doors don’t close well and they have a big gap at the base so you’ll hear everything happening outside the room. Overall terrible experience. It might have been a different review if we had stayed in the 2nd floor, but if this area is under renovation block it off and don’t have guests stay there until it’s done!!! It was awful.

This location is right off I-75 (Exit 1 at the Georgia border) and close to many dining options. Even though this location is undergoing renovations, the entire place was spotless and quiet. We were fortunate to have a room on the first floor that had NO carpet in our room. The room was spotless! It had a wonderful walk-in shower and the Dove products smelled wonderful. The breakfast was hot and had a variety of options. All the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

My stay could have been better. I was NOT greeted from staff from the time I entered the hotel until the time I left. I felt dismissed. My bathroom door in my room did not lock although it was clean. There were stains on the sheets from one of the beds in the room. There was an old disturbing odor when we entered the room. Multiple work out machines did not work. But I never complained to staff about anything outside of my key cards no longer working. And after the first night of being there my room was contacted about checking out although I booked a two night stay. Wasn’t sure if they wanted us out sooner or what. The energy of everyone that worked there was so off to me. I’m pretty sure I won’t be back unfortunately.

Rooms are a little outdated but clean. Pillows need to be refreshed but they did have new beds (Beauty Rest by Simmons). The service was great and was a quick check in. They are currently in the process of construction, the workers stopped at a decent time (5-6pm) and started back not to early. (Around 9am). Location is great, lots of food and shopping around and only 20-30 minutes from Rock City (Lookout Mountain). Overall this is a decent stay for the price.
