La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Burlington

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The property is new and very clean, which really stood out. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room spotless.||||The only downsides were the noise level—you can hear quite a bit from outside and neighboring rooms—and the lack of USB-C outlets. The room only had standard USB connections, which was a bit inconvenient for newer devices.||||Aside from that, it’s a well-maintained hotel with great staff, and I’d consider staying again, especially if noise control improves.

We’ve been staying at this La Quinta for the past two weeks and have had a solid experience overall. The double queen room is comfortable and well-suited for an extended stay. Staff were accommodating and provided a crib for our 1-year-old, which made a big difference for our family. The continental breakfast is convenient, and the indoor pool and hot tub are a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable, family-friendly hotel that met our needs during a longer stay.

My friends and I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked a room with two queen beds, specifically to accommodate four people. However, when one of us arrived to check in around 11:30 p.m., she was told that only a king room was available, despite our confirmed reservation. When the rest of us arrived around 12:30 a.m., we found there was no couch as promised—only a chair—so the room could not accommodate four people. We had to use an air mattress borrowed from a friend because the hotel did not provide a proper solution. When we called the front desk to request blankets and pillows, the staff member was dismissive and even hung up on us. We stay at this hotel at-least 4 times a year because we have family in Burlington and it’s the cleanest, nicest, affordable hotel in the area. On January 2026 we stayed here and we accidentally left behind in a drawer a Samsung smart watch. We were 4 hours away in Portland, Oregon when we remembered. I called the hotel and explained to Alondra at the front desk, she put me on hold and personally went up to the room we stayed at and grabbed our smart watch for us. A family member that lives in Burlington went to pick it up for us. We are extremely grateful for Alondra she went above and beyond ! Thank you!

Positive: the front desk was so amazing, She is a great employee and great customer service. the hotel was our second stay here. Will probably get a larger one next time. Hotel employee showed me different options available for our next visit. Negative: did not have any soap for the bathroom sink. I had a bar in my suitcase so just used that instead of asking for some. Everything else was great but you do need tea bags not just coffee options in the rooms.
