Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington

Mostly nice stay. Stayed 4 nights as a home base to San. Juan islands, whitbey and then leaving for north cascades. ||Housekeeping is only ever other day. Body wash was out at check in. Had to ask for some.||First three ams, breakfast is sub Hampton. No bananas. Eggs were the powdered watery kind only. Meh. On our last morning, had apples and bananas. Those Hampton omelets. Breakfast potatoes.||Requests for tips were everywhere. Breakfast buffet. In room. Near elevators. But no service warranting this.

Positive: Great set up, we stay there several times per year when in the area Negative: only downside is its very close to train track/stops and there are pretty loud train horns going of consistently during the night so bring earplugs

Second time staying at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. June Gutierrez, The manager on duty, was very courteous and professional. The morning breakfast concierge was terrific and friendly. Clean rooms good breakfast a five star accommodation. Thank you.

Hampton Inn was a wonderful stay. The location is very convenient, close to where we needed to be and surrounded by plenty of food options. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area, as well as the indoor pool and jacuzzi with a heater, which made for a relaxing experience. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, attentive and welcoming. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable hotel worth recommending.

I chose this hotel specifically for its pool and other amenities. They closed the pool in the evening before 10p.m. (its closing time) when we went down in the morning ready to get in the pool it was closed again. When I asked why they said for maintenance. I asked why that wasn't done before 8 a.m. (the opening time) I was told by the manager that he had no idea and he just walked in. Our room was very cold because our heater didn't work. Horrible place to stay. Horrible morning staff!
