Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burlington by IHG

Newly remodeled, awesome location, but the mattress was way too firm. Last time we stayed it was a best western; the mattress was the most comfortable cloud we ever slept on. I’m not sure why it changed, but my back feels terrible. 😞

The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. There seemed to be rooms that had people smoking in them. There is a bridge just outside the hotel where homeless people congregate and a few guests with ankle monitors. The location is convenient to McDonald's, a coffee shop, and gas station. Parking is somewhat limited.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always very caring and greeted me with a smile. Negative: Maybe the noise if the heater. Not sure if I understood the functions. Nothing major. 🙂

The front desk guy was excellent. He was instantly helpful and you could tell he sincerely was happy to help. We got early check in and even some breakfast. The room was comfortable, the shower was amazing (hot water, lots of water pressure), conditioner wasn't great and the exercise room bike needed attention. The wifi was better than some hotels. Otherwise, just an absolutely great hotel stay.

Never been in a hotel room that doesn’t clean the rooms every day. Kind of absurd went out for the day came back to a dirty hotel bed not made all the towels that we used are still in the bathtub. So now we don’t have new towels I would never recommend this to anybody too expensive for one and horrible service when you call the front desk the gentleman there that answers just told me well. They don’t clean the rooms every day
