After reading all the negative reviews, I thought I’d share mine after being here just four days. After a long day travelling we arrived at 11:30 pm. The front desk could be more helpful. And informative got to our room with plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers TV and one bedroom TV in the living room couldn’t ask for more . breakfast no where do I begin? Waffles, cereal, selection of breads, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, selection of juices, jams, I really don’t understand why people have complained there is more than enough choice here to start your day and is included in the price. The hotel is situated very close to Disney and all the local shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely come back to this hotel again and I’ve got another five more days. They have bed bugs!!!!! When we brought it to the attention of the staff, they gave plastic for a bed. Kids have bed bug bites which were confirmed by a doctor! The GM stated they were not bed bug bites and claimed to have looked at the room... When again, we have it confirmed by a doctor he tried to claim they did not look like bed bug bites... I have requested that a formal incident report be filed. Avoid this place!!!!! The GM doesnt care and literally said I was wrong. You'd think they'd show concern for this kind of matter when they host FAMILIES!

We paid $866 for a One Bedroom King Suite. Unfortunately, the accommodation and overall experience fell well below a reasonable standard, and we were not provided with the room type we had booked for the duration of our stay.
