La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Lubbock - Downtown Civic Center

I would give a 0 rating if I could. To start, the room looked like it needed work. Plugs and sink light were not working. There was no toilet paper or towels available. We used our personal phone to request these items and the receptionist was rude. She said “well come to the office for some” in an ugly tone. The cleaning lady said there might not be towels but ended up bringing some and they were very dirty. We ended up going to the store to buy some. We were supposedly in a non smoking area but people were smoking outside throughout the night and the unpleasant smell came into the room. Going up the stairs there was a ton of trash and animal feces which caused a very nasty smell. I suggest spend a couple dollars more in a clean hotel.

nastiest motel ive ever stepped in. walked in the room and was met by a disgusting musty smell. see picture of stains on chair and wall. rooms look nothing like pictured. refused to stay there, even after 12 hours of driving and being exhausted. would give zerostars if possible. people lingering outside rooms trying to sell me a speaker. they did issue immediate refund. seemed like they were used to people refusing to stay.

Gross 😝 rooms disgusting smelt of smoke and mold. No tp, nasty. Considering the previous reviews, no issues are being resolved .

HORRIBLE!!!Super8 across the street is a much better option if you are looking for similar price. Doubletree and Home2suites are a MUCH BETTER option if you are looking to stay close to this location !!!!! 1. Someone else’s eyelashes stuck to lamp when i checked in 2.BLACK mold in shower 3.stained sheets 4.bed bugs 5.rude front desk 6.breakfast ends at 9am when website said 10am 7.wires sticking out of walls 8.holes in walls 9.rooms smell like a cigarret and a wet dog had a baby 10.tv and AC issues that were NOT fixed .waited 2hours and told them just to forget it !

Upon checking in we noticed alot of people hanging around. The lady at the front counter was rude as possible. Got to our room.a d found THE FRONT DOOR LOCK BUSTED! Felt very uneasy, we found the room to be unclean and had wires exposed, ripped up base boards and no battery in the smoke detector. The bathroom was unclean so went back to the office and we requested a new room. The lady at the front desk wanted to argue with me telling me that the room was clean I told her I have video proving otherwise. We got our room changed all to find the second room was worse then the one before. The second room had doors off the hinges, broken lamp shades, beds were not made and once again was not cleaned! It also had wires exposed, make up smeered on the walls, tire up baseboards. We Went to the of
