La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces Mesilla Valley

I have enjoyed the stay here at La Quinta. My experience has been extremely helpful due to moving from out of state. Thank you Reina for all your help. I appreciate you tremendously. You have made my stressful days better. Thank you for being understanding and empathetic with ppls situation. I've witnessed your kindness with other patrons also.

The hotel is having problems with 3rd party booking companies like Agoda, booking.com Beware of you book the hotel may not receive your payment... It took me 90 minutes to determine Agoda had to give me a refund that... The hotel itself, let's be honest if it's the cheapest hotel in town. It's a good deal, but if it's not the cheapest then it's probably not a good deal.

Great experience staying at La Quinta, The new management and staff have really made a positive difference everything feels more organized, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the breakfast. Everything was fresh and well prepared. I will definitely be coming back again.

The room smelled like smoke, and there was a needle in the lampshade that my grandson found. Immediately went to front desk. They could not accommodate us with another room. no direct telephone number to the front desk. We didn’t stay travel to a different state and stated a Doubletree, which was excellent. I have been trying to obtain a refund since December 12, 2025. It’s ridiculous that you cannot reach anyone at the front desk or by email La Quinta. Customer service hasn’t been much help either.

Positive: the front desk was cheerful and helpful our entire stay. She was there when we checked in and still there smiling and helping for breakfast in the morning, even using her perfsonal hot spot so we could have TV while eating the yummy waffles. Negative: The sheets were dirty, the carpets are beyond dirty and need to be replaced, there was no wifi or cable , so after driving 10 hours we couldn't watch TV
