La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The entire property is old, poorly maintained, and feels neglected. Access to the rooms is through the back area, which feels unsafe and unwelcoming. The room smelled extremely bad — strong humidity, dust, and a stale odor as if it had been closed for years. The bed sheets had the same unpleasant smell. The window would not close properly, so the noise from the wind kept me awake all night. For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. I paid a similar price recently at a Comfort Inn and it was clean, modern, and comfortable. I hope other travelers read this review before wasting their money here.

Positive: Nothing . Rude employees , wasnt allowed to get breakfast. And when I complained I was put on a no serve list. Still waiting on my refund Negative: The front desk lady that also did the breakfast . And caught the maid in our room while still checked in

My brother and I came in tired and I back to this location because a couple of years ago Kimberly was very nice and professional. She also gave us a great rate. I was happy to see her and she continues with her excellent customer service. Got great rate again and rooms were wonderful. We will be coming back. Thank you Kimberly W.

This is an old facility with old rooms. The elevator is ridiculously far from the front desk. Parking lot is small and hard to park in. No amenities for the price we paid. By far the worse La Quinta we have stayed in. Also, the $75 hospitality puts the rate to over $200 a night.

We spent one night here during a road trip. The reason it gets two stars is because the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That is the highlight of this hotel. The elevator, and hallways are nasty with big stains on the carpet and has a strange smell. When the Air Conditioner cycles the funny smell is also in the room. Breakfast was ok, they ran out of the hot items, sausage and eggs around 8:00 am. Several people had to complain before they replenished the items. There was a family of 5 that sat and waited for at least 15 min for the eggs and sausage that didn't show up so the left. I would not stay here again. It stinks.
