L3 Oasis Hotel

Fantastic hotel for what you pay, not up-to-date or new by any means as far as remodeling but it has all the most basic conveniences updated- smart TV, outlets with usb and usb-c ports. Bed was very luxurious. Great pool and hot tub area with many loungers, tables, and even daybeds with sheets that always seemed fresh. AMAZING location, only a short bus ride to the main strip but there’s also some amazing restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance. Will return.

Don't even think of going here!!! We called in advance and SPECIFICALLY asked if the pool were heated and if the jacuzzis were working. They assured us that the pool ws heated and the jacuzzis were working. REALITY: Pool UNHEATED (74 degrees and freezing; neither jacuzzi working ! !)! Remember - I called the hotel DIRECTLY AND TALKED WITH STAFF- THE WOMAN LIED TO ME!!! They make it seem that there's only a few rooms left; REALITY: When we left, we saw their computer and half of the rooms were empty. We asked for a sizeable refund bc we came based on the front - desk woman who told us that the pool was heated and the jacuzzis were working. . A mideastern guy - very cold - offered us only $40 in refunds. No grab bars in shower/bath; no microwave; no telephone to the front desk; only a small

Positive: The tv was a smart tv. The room was updated very nicely. The staff were incredibly kind. The maintenance team were busy and also friendly. Shops and restaurants are a 3-5 minute drive on the same road. Very convenient location. Negative: ""

2nd time here. Quiet motel style place to stay 2 pools one heated fresh water salt water and 2 hot tubs. Gym is pretty good for a hotel and cozy room with comfy beds

The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find, and it's easy to miss the intersection on the google map. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a coffee machine. It is important to note that there is a time limit for checking in or out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The surroundings were safe, at least for the night we stayed.
