Quiet, peaceful RV Park. Well kept, clean grounds, security gated, great location with Walmart & many restaurants and gas stations all at your fingertips. Owners are great and accessible. Four years residency.

I have to say they are really making good changes here.. they are putting up a fence to help keep out Riff Raf. They have good cheep laundry rooms and lots of newly open spots since they have started leaning up.. pets Allowed big plus for me o have 2 big dogs.. Jenny is doing an awsome job since she took over for her kind hearted grandparents. Come try it out.. close to the plants for plant works near Walmart shoppin center you don't have to go far for anything.. good location

My husband and I have lived here since harvey as it is the cheapest place to live the cameras don't work the cable and Internet suck. And there is all kind of homeless people in and out of the park all hours of the night and the people that Ronnie and Linda let move in and then not pay rent is crazy. People have no respect for the ones that have to get up early and go to work they sleep all day and up all night
