Knights Inn Maingate Kissimmee Orlando

The people at the desk lied about us having more than one dog. All we have is one dog. Very unprofessional behavior. We have to chose to extend our stay to experience Disney and we have a do not disturb on the door so we can rest, the maintenance harasses you and knocks. They should call or leave a note.

This property is a perfect example of: "You get what you pay for...". 1 - The room stank of cigarettes (Even with the non-smoking sign at the door). I had allergies that day, so you can imagine my awesome night.... -_- 2 - I tried asking reception to change my room... One of the ladies was cool but the one in charge said she was fully booked... and minutes later, she delivered new rooms for 2 new sets of guests. Also, I only saw like 30% of the parking spots occupied (as most). I believe that probably the people in the lobby lied to me. 3 - Things like the towels in the bathrooms were clearly dirty, some with stains. 4 - No shampoo (even the cheapest one) 5 - And the list would go on... This is NOT a place I would recommend anyone to stay

If i could give it .5 star I would but only because of location. Absolute WORST PLACE I have EVER stayed.. I will never go back there. I'd sleep in my car first. They actually have the audacity to collect a resort fee. ( only $8 but still). For what? What makes this a resort? Is it the holes in the wall? the peeling paint? the falling light fixtures? the broken light switch? the stained pillows and mattreses added for my comfort? is it the hairdryer that's literally falling off the wall? i know it's the greenery that's growing on the walls in the bathroom, right? The TV didn't work right, unless of course you like watching green everything flickering back and forth. The room smelled like mildew. The floor was sinking outside the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even a homeless person. There was mold on the walls and roaches everywhere and I'm pretty sure they didn't pay for the room or the deposit. The room smelled like smoke before we got settled in, dresser was missing, needs weren't against the wall, none of the ice machines worked. They were all decoration. We plugged up the microwave and boy I tell you I have never seen so many roaches 🤢🤢 I WARN YOU SO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL YOU'LL REGRET, I KNOW I DO.

I know I put 2 stars, but this was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Only booked it because we had a late flight and weren't checking into our 2bdrm condo resort until the next day. There were holes in the wall, peeling paint, the floor was damp, bathroom door has no lock. There were cockroaches. It did have a nice wooden table, microwave & a fridge that was either broken or unplugged. Guessing the pool didn't work, I didn't know or remember if breakfast was promised. We got in around 11pm and left at 9am.. Next day at the resort we intended to stay at I realize I have huge welts all over my arms, elbows, shoulders.. This place just did a bed bug sweep and found nothing, but I'm worried, my boyfriend also had some small darker red spots grouped in a few places on his legs. He think
