Kissimmee RV Park

Our check in girl was just wonderful ! Our site was clean could use more shells to park on. Some of campers and site need to be cleaned up or just pulled out. It brings the park value down. Just looks bad. The pool was beautiful and very very clean. Over all it was ok we left a day early. Hope This information helps

I had the opportunity to stay there for 4 days; unbelievable!! It appears to be a permanent residence motor home park, but rent 30/50 amp hookups. Honestly the customer Service is unmatched by anyone. Must of had 8-9 conversations by phone and email; incredible. Tiffany was constant helping me and coming though constantly. Mrs. Arce was pleasant as well. This place is close to everything; location is phenomenal. Honestly though, those 2 ladies were a breath of fresh air to talk to. Found my new little spot for when I travel to Otlando!!!!

Perfect place to do your groceries at Walmart or Aldi , which are 2 minute drive. Excellent location to Disney World. (City Bus 15 min. ride). Beautiful trails!! Love the Friday’s free popcorn and Karaoke fun too. Pets are very happy here. Staff is excellent and friendly. Thank you Tiffany for your care.

When you needed the maintenance man Leo, you had to go to his home. Hides out in there, far too often. Smell pot being smoked all day long. We can’t keep our windows open for the stink. Office wouldn’t do anything about it. Untied dogs chasing after dogs on leashes. Rules don’t get enforced. Charge extra for kids, not a kid friendly park.

Great location, quiet, big swimming pool, grounds well kept. One aggravating thing is the main shower building has no hot water, and the staff don’t seem to care about that. Looks like most sites are rented out to long termers. But I’d stay again if I needed to be close to theme parks.
