Kings Inn Motor Lodge

Very nice clean place, not new or updated, but very nice. We go bus stops across street, restaurants close by, walkable. To many things.

The good:|Great location walking distance from Clifton Hill, the Falls and numerous restaurants. |Clean and comfortable room.|Free parking.|Very accommodating and helpful staff.|Amazing price and great value!||The not-so-good:|Ashtrays just outside the rooms in non-smoking hotel.|You can smell the smoke from outside.|Gaming chairs in the room.|Rips in a bath towel.||We would stay again if the price was as good.

stayed here valentines weekend and i must say was quite a nice place very friendly staff simple rooms but hey what else do you need right? they even let us keep our car there after check out time so we could explore around town i will come back here also very quiet

I am very happy with my stay. They were very considerate and helpful getting my party in rooms close to each other. (There was 16 of us) The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. My bed had seen some service but was still in good shape. I slept great. My whole family said the same. So you can call this 16. 5 star reviews. Any future trips to the falls, I will be staying here. P.S. the pool looked great, but I never used it 😊

This place is in a perfect location, plenty of free parking and the staff were friendly and courteous. I gave it five stars based on this. The room I had was clean, simple and everything was in good condition. It's not a fancy, expensive place but it is definitely my new go to place whenever I'm visiting the area.
