Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel

I had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs, and honestly — it felt even better than owning a home here. The level of service and support from the staff makes everything effortless. From the moment you arrive, you’re taken care of. No maintenance, no stress — just pure relaxation and luxury. The amenities are outstanding. The rooftop pool with mountain views is unforgettable, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming. Having everything right in downtown Palm Springs within walking distance makes the experience even better. Palm Springs itself is a dream — sunshine, scenery, great food, and an amazing vibe. stayed over thanksgiving weekend on a Studio Suite, its a corner with wrap around balcony. loved it. the room was big, huge bathroom and shower. Air conditioning and heat worked great, it can get chilly at night. Location is unbeatable, right at the center of all downtown action, with multiple restaurants less 5 mins away. The wine and appetizers in lobby in afternoon is a nice touch and we stopped at it few times. Room was clean and no issue with having it cleaned by time we got back from breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Terrible hotel. We forgot our passports in the hotel safe, realized the next day and were told on three separate calls that they didn't have them. On the last call I mentioned we would be filing a police report and miraculously they called five minutes later that they'd found them. Not willing to courier them so we had to drive back from LA to ensure we received them before our flight 4 days later. They still haven't provided a folio with the room charges. Absolutely awful staff. Rooms are nice and the location is good but not worth dealing with the people who work at the hotel. Would recommend the Korakia, staff is amazing and the grounds are beautiful.

When going to Palm Springs the Rowan is among our preferred places to stay. Although it’s not the usual mid-century bungalow style you might have imagined, it is everything you want in a Palm Springs stay: stylish, modern, and somehow cooler than the actual weather. The rooms are bright and comfortable, the design is spot-on, and the rooftop scene is exactly what you hope for — stunning mountain views, a great pool, and that perfect desert-at-sunset glow that makes you consider moving here permanently. The lobby restaurant, Juniper and the bar are lively without feeling chaotic, and the whole place manages to be chic without slipping into pretentious territory.
