Kimpton Key West

Not sure why all the negative reviews. My wife and I stayed last Summer for 3 days and we thought everything was tip top. Great service. Very clean and updated rooms. Great service. The location can't be beat also. I guess if you don't like your room, ask to switch but our suite was great. We met some nice people in the pool and they also thought their rooms were great. Don't believe the haters, this is a great place!

The bathroom was worn out and the whole room stank of mold. No amount of deodorizer makes that amount of stink tolerable. Don't drive to the hotel, as there is no parking. Plan to park down the road at the parking deck. Never staying here again.

Upon watching Thai Cong youtube, I feel this hotel is so pricy, does not match its value, interiors are outdate and very disgusting. The picture is very beautiful but when you experience it, it is so bad. I would not recommend people to book this hotel because they won’t refund when you are not satisfy with it quality.

Terrible condition. THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEE'S I've encountered at ANY property!!! Will never return!! I reccommend any other hotel in Key West!

Beware. They do not tell you that there is no housekeeping service. "Absolutely Not" we we're told by the front desk. They do not empty garbage, make the bed or change the sheets. It's to protect their staff. Ok, I get it but shouldnt they let you know before your reservation ? You can get clean sheets delivered if you want. I was afraid to ask if we need to bring the used sheets to the laundrymat and do them our selves. And nearly $400 a night.
