DO NOT BOOK VILLA 703 IN KEY LARGO - YOU WILL BE RECORDED!!!!!!! My four girlfriends and I booked this entire townhouse for 5 days. The townhouse was beautiful, but the floors were filthy dirty and the rugs were gross with unvacuumed cereal on them and kids toys. On the only day and night that we left the complex, we arrived home late and passed out. Upon awakening, we noticed someone had entered our room either while we were gone or during the night as we slept. There was evidence I photographed for the General Manager, Stacy Dodson as well as a very detailed letter explaining why we knew this to be true. After sending it three times asking for an explanation, I was promised a full response. It has been more than two weeks now and several phone calls later and the General Manager is

We booked one of their "private home" collections. While the resort we stayed at was beautiful, the management of the property was terrible. We arrived at a 4:00 check in time to a condo that hadn't been cleaned (the cleaning team arrived at 4:30 after we called). The bed was broken in our bedroom and the keypad to get in the unit was broken. Even though I reported the fire alarm had been disconnected on day one, they never came to fix that safety problem. We were in Florida for record cold temperature and the heat was broken. We woke up to 60 degree indoor temps and only thin quilts to keep us warm. Despite reporting this to our representative, Carol, there were no refunds or apologies.

Staff is very rude and not friendly. Especially the woman who wears a cowboy hat. Not hospitable at all, no customer service. Just rides around in her golf cart hollering. Also-we had a large vehicle so all guests could ride together and we're not allowed to have it on the property. Double check your vehicles may be parked. We had an air BNB which was beautiful-the community was very quiet and seemed like a retirement village.
