After having to deal with living in a Sun Communities neighborhood it was such a pleasure to move to this neighborhood. The ownership is accommodating, responsive, friendly and actually cares about their residents. Hate that we had to leave the area and should we return we will be looking to come back to one of their locations. As with everything there were issues but they were dealt with correctly and in a timely manner. I really did not expect the owner to show up at 10pm on a Saturday to unclog a sewer line for us. Got it handled and replaced the drainage pipe the next day. Great people, great location and great residents. Hope to be back someday soon.

Found this place on a last minute effort to find a location close to short term work. Nothing short of amazing! No issues whatsoever! Clean, affordable, friendly neighbors, quiet. Close to several local hot spots, convenient, and if you're so inclined, just over 2 hour drive to Key West. Alex and company are top notch people, and the place is second to none! When we come back, this will be the FIRST place we call! A diamond in paradise!

If you like to hang out with drunks who dont brush their teeth this your place. When I was there caught neighboor stealing my power and had an electric bill for $200 when its usually $25. Manager says the neighbor is good guy and doesnt believe me. Had my car broken into twice, things stolen, managers encourages everyone to leave junk, broken cars, trash, all over so only white trash will want to stay here, WHAT A DUMP, I am never going back here.
