Kasa Collins Park Miami Beach Convention Center

Lovely little apartment block, perfect location if you want to stay Miami Beach / South Beach area. All apartments are modern and well equipped, the bed was very comfy! Virtual front desk was easy to use and they were well responsive to our questions and queries. We arrived in Miami and stayed for a few nights before travelling elsewhere, we then went back to Miami after that and chose to stay at Kasa again as we liked it so much. Would definitely recommend!

The bed is super comy, it's extremely spacious, and has a great kitchen with plenty of utensils I've stayed twice and have loved it both times. Can comfortably sleep up to 5 people

This was a nice and newly renovated apartment. It was in a great place on the beach. Close enough to the party scene but far enough to have peace at night. There’s a Publix and Trader Joe’s not far from it for groceries. It was a nice kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven and some dishes. The water pressure was a little weak in the shower but overall a nice cozy bed and setup in the apartment. The cleaning staff was nice too. Would definitely stay again!!

I stayed at Kasa Collins for about 6 days. Check-in was flexible and quick, which was important for us as we arrived in the early morning. There were two air conditioners, one for each large room. Everything worked and matched the photos. The apartment was very spacious, which was also important for us and improved our stay, and was also very silent. We traveled with the intention of cooking, but we felt that the space itself wasn't very well-equipped for it. I missed having another pan besides a frying pan, and a air fryer would have been helpful. One night the fire alarm went off while we were cooking meat, which discouraged us from trying again. I missed having more cleaning supplies for self-cleaning the space, and missed being able to lock the doors with keys and ways to lock the livi

We attended a concert at The Fillmore and this lodging location was absolutely perfect! Kasa provided excellent communication throughout the booking process, sending texts and emails with parking suggestions and unit access information. The unit was easy to access, clean and comfortable. A shout-out to Kasa for being pet-friendly, too! Our dog really enjoyed the stay.
