I would like to first point out that the resort was stunning. Truly an absolute beautiful property. *TIP* There are no vending machines in the hotel and their store closes in the early afternoon. So if you're wanting snacks/drinks, you'll need to bring some of your own or drive 10-15min to town and visit a grocery store. When we left for Bend (4 hour trip), I communicated through Expedia that we would be arriving around a certain time and once we arrived, the front desk individual did not appear too eager to assist more than required. My Gold Rewards status was not acknowledged till I brought it up and simply asked if there was any availability for a room upgrade due to the status. They told us there were no Deluxe rooms left, despite us later researching on the resorts direct website an

The hotel is gorgeous! Wild sage lined pathways welcome you along a winding road to an incredibly well appointed hotel. The king- bed Mountain View room was expansive! The bathroom had a lovely shower- lots of hot water! Great comfy bed with incredible views. ||The hotel’s restaurant, Iris, has lots of gf, v, and df options. The food is delicious, try the gf chicken chili and some of the curated mock tails. The servers were super knowledgeable about food sensitivities and allergens. ||The resort has rentals for pickleball courts, bikes, and golf. There is a great fitness center with weights, elliptical machines, and Peloton bikes. Take a walk along the perimeter of the preserve and enjoy the beauty of the high desert. ||Star gazing at night from the heated-extra-large hot tub and salt wa

Everything was okay. Im not sure what was “wellness” about it. Thee biggest draw for me was the year round salt pool just steps from the hotel facing the mountains and golf course but it only opened at 10am. I guess it was to control for noise but if someone is paying to stay there in the middle of the winter off-season, over a weekend that has an expensive wellness event they’re probably not a 5 year old with a trumpet. Preventing someone to access the hot tub or pool to exercise in morning for a significant portion of their stay while billing yourself as a “wellness resort” is lame. Especially because the wellness event was in the evening before and started the same time as check in; and no, not even in the dead of winter would they guarantee a few minutes for early check-in to put your

Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience here. We stayed one night for Thanksgiving. The front desk manager, a blonde haired woman (with bad hair extensions), was very rude. My first interaction with her was when I called to ask about their King room and if the couch pulled out for our 4 year old. She was rude and short on the phone. When we arrived two days ago for check in, I recognized her voice. I said our dog who is an ESA was traveling with us and provided his verification card. She said "ok great" and handed the card back to me. The next morning I got a charge on my bill for $75 for the dog stay. When I asked why, the same woman claimed they do not accept ESA's and we'd still be charged. I asked her why she did not explain that at check in when I provided his card and

We went there for Christmas day buffet brunch. We will be going back! The food was so delicious. Everything we had to eat was so flavorful. Compliments to the chef! The service was top notch, as well! Logan, our server gave excellent service! We had excellent cocktails and the best table in the house. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you so much everybody! See you next year! Stan & Rosena Cotton
