Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton

I adore this hotel and visit it many times a year when I want to treat myself to a “staycation” as it’s just under an hour from home. The jacuzzi tub is huge and in the hotel room, perfect for using with a bath bomb and reading a good book. The beds are also super comfortable, and I’ve never had an issue with noise. I sleep like a baby here. Parking is inside a garage just by the entrance and feels secure, and it’s close to many restaurants for food delivery. This time my spouse and I stayed together as we’d just had our wedding ceremony, and we were surprised the hotel staff had accommodated bringing treats up to our room and fridge that our family had dropped off. Great location and very convenient — supermarkets, banks, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but overall I had a pleasant stay and would choose to stay here again next time.

We stayed here two nights for a concert at Shoreline amphitheater. We wanted to do a few things in San Jose, Saratoga and Los Gatos. This hotel was the perfect centralized location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was available early, it was quiet and clean. Emphasis on quiet, we slept so well. saw a few people said the property was dated, we did not see this. Everything was in top condition. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in excellent condition. The room had a fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker as well. We were traveling with our dog and there was a ton of grassy area to accommodate her. The garage was safe and had a ton of parking. We will be back the next time we are in town! The staff here are friendly. I've been a regular here for the past 10 years. The front desk staff, in particular, are kind and helpful. This driver, however, was incredibly rude and the worst staff I've ever encountered. I've been to almost every hotel in the San Francisco Bay Area, and everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful to anyone who comes in, but this driver was clearly not. This is not the behavior expected of a service worker.

I had a very disturbing experience at Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton, during my stay from January 11–12, 2026. On the morning of checkout day (around 10:30 AM), a housekeeping staff member attempted to enter my room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed and well before checkout time. I had not requested housekeeping or early checkout. My family and I were inside the room, and this incident caused significant shock and concern for our personal safety and privacy. What makes this even more unacceptable is how the hotel handled it afterward. I reported the issue immediately at checkout to the front desk staff, who told me the matter would be escalated to management.
