Customer Reviews
I had an outstanding stay at the Aloft in Cupertino! The cleanliness of the entire property is top-tier—everything is immaculate, from the rooms to the common areas. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the front desk team. Every single staff member I interacted with was absolutely phenomenal—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You really feel that they care about your experience, and they go above and beyond. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
We were sneezing all night as there must have been a pet in the room by previous guests. Also the bed sheets had caramel or some kind of food stains on them indicating that they were dirty or had not been changed between guests
This hotel shows signs of deteriorating. We stayed here last December and was happy with it for the value of it. It’s in a convenient location, spacious room (we had two queen beds). Lots of spaces at the lobby for working professionals. This year, we are not as happy. The toilet kept not flushing and the repairman had to come out twice. We asked for another room because we didn’t want to without a working toilet in the middle of the night. They kept telling us no room available. |The hot water for bath is just warm enough with the hottest setting, not hot. Though it’s hot enough for shower. The bathtub drain wouldn’t shut tight so it wouldn’t hold water for soaking bath. I had to keep the water running to keep the bathtub full. The complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning is warm
We chose this hotel randomly because we were driving to the Bay Area. We had a lovely stay in a spotless room with large spacious areas for bathroom and entry. Bed area was roomy enough and had two large windows to view the lovely trees and hills outside. The laundry service on our floor was very useful and quick to wash and dry our clothes before flying home. The entire area near the hotel is loaded with restaurants and stores. It would have been perfect if we had more time. Two nights here was not enough. We did day trips to the redwoods and monarch sanctuary from here. Came back and had some fresh food from the Whole Foods very close by. Target is across the street behind the hotel. Parking was free and secure in a garage. Zero issues. Highly recommend them. We paid $257 fo BOTH ni
Worst hotel ever. Terrible water pressure. Paper thin walls. Loud garbage trucks every morning super early. Dated rooms. Come here only if you are ok with getting no sleep and terrible showers. Hotel would be acceptable for $100/night, but it’s over $300. They obviously rely on corporations overpaying. Hotel staff is nice.
