Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino

We had a great experience staying at this hotel during our last family trip. The folks who checked us in were friendly and accommodating, and the front desk welcomed us each time we went in or out of the lobby. The room exceeded expectations. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We appreciated the free parking and breakfast. We'll definitely stay again here when we are in the area.

I only stayed one night at the Hyatt House in Cupertino during a quick day trip, but it was a pleasant experience overall. The front desk staff was super friendly and surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and very nice room definitely a highlight!||The property is impeccably clean and modern, with a welcoming lobby that features a nice H Bar for drinks and light bites. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Silicon Valley, close to Apple Park and easy access to highways and nearby dining.||While my stay was brief, everything felt comfortable and well-maintained. I'd definitely consider returning for a longer visit in the future. Recommended for anyone needing a reliable spot in the area!

The location, surroundings, and service are all excellent. However, the fruit served at breakfast had an off-putting odor. It seemed as though the fruit had been cut and left out for an extended period, developing an unpleasant smell. We hope this can be addressed.

Super clean and well cared for hotel. We stayed in the biggest suite with a separate kitchen and living room from the bedroom. This was perfect for our family of four as it allowed us some space in the evening after kid and grandparent went to bed. The daily breakfast was excellent with a nice mix and variety each day including miso soup with all the fixings! Staff were readily available and efficient and friendly. Rooms are little gray and simple design wise but very clean and well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel while visiting family. We had a room with the kitchenette in it which made it much easier to travel with our baby. The hotel was very quiet and located by tons of restaurants and things to do. The breakfast was great and the free omelet bar was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
