The king suite is incredibly spacious and cozy! It gives off such a welcoming atmosphere. To ensure a peaceful stay, opt for a room that is far from the noise of the road and elevator. The breakfast burrito was just delightful! The manager on Valentine's Day greeted everyone with a big smile on her face. Highly recommended.

This hotel in the United States is extremely amazing! Its location is superb. There is a Chinese supermarket and many Chinese restaurants nearby. For Chinese tourists, it is really convenient. You can taste familiar flavors at any time. Moreover, it is very close to Apple's headquarters, with a strong technological atmosphere. The hotel's interior environment is clean and the service is also very considerate. Whether it's for business trips or vacations, this is a good choice. Highly recommended to friends with similar needs.

The HVAC system at his hotel is a joke.|While I understand it's winter, we do not want our room to be 80°. The room is stuck on heat. There is no way to change it to AC ourselves. We had to call the desk and ask for it to be changed. Apparently they do it from down there.|We left for 6 hours, thinking we would come back to a nice cooled room, and it was well over 80° again! They'd switched the system back to heat.|I shouldn't have to call the desk every 5 hours to get our room cooled.||Day 2...you'd think after speaking to several staff members about the heat issue with all assuring us they would leave our AC on that our room would be cool today. Stayed here for one night and was very disappointed. The biggest issue is the HVAC system. Despite it being winter, the room was unbearably warm. The thermostat only allowed for heat or off—there was no air conditioning at all. The room stayed hot all night, making it very difficult to sleep. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not a one-off issue; multiple guests mention the same thing. Calling the HVAC system a “joke” feels accurate. Check-in wasn’t great either. After a long flight, I asked the front desk for water and was told there was water in the room, despite bottled water being visibly available behind the desk. Not a great first impression. I was overall unimpressed. It looks nice when you get there but it’s not very comfortable. We rented the “deluxe king size room” and were told it would be 135$. They charged us 200$+ at check in. The bed was the WORST part. It genuinely felt like sleeping on bricks. The pillows were completely useless and flat. I am about 6 months pregnant and it was the worst most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had. My hips and back are so sore today. The shower water was lukewarm and not very good pressure. And the room itself was freezing! We had no control over the temp and the blankets did nothing to keep us warm so it was just all around completely disappointing.
