Old trailer park. Rents range in price 900 monthly for a 2/1. Holes in floors, window ac, small porch decks falling apart. But it's better than the one behind it.

This is a quiet little hamlet, sharing a border with its twin, Mossley Oaks Mobile Home Park. The inhabitants keep to themselves, but there are a couple of troublemakers in the area, however low-key. Overall, if you enjoy nature and ferral but mild-mannered cats and lots of azaleas, white and red mulberry trees oak and palm trees, then this right off of South Pine Avenue nest is ok. The rotting wood privacy fence is dreadful and dilapidated. Management needs to put vinyl fencing up!! The lot rent is modest.

I love my friend so much but then roads are horrible in here. Please do something

I live there for 6 years now' Im "Nana" and love the moble home park.' Its home to me.

It's trash there's mold on everything and my house was disgusting and the Asian man named Kevin is a terrible landlord
